How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Sorrytask Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Sorrytask Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep written records.
Tell us as well. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Sorrytask Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@sorrytask.garden with:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and the outcome you are hoping for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
